• Lifestyle information: daily routines, what a comfortable home means to you, storage and accessibility needs
• Design preferences: style, colors, materials, and inspiration
• Arrival-ready and Miami lifestyle support preferences
• Access and authorization details: property access instructions, who else we may communicate with on your behalf, and any non-negotiable requirements

We also automatically receive limited technical information (such as browser type and general usage of the site) through our hosting provider, and we may add cookie-based analytics in the future. If we do, we will update this policy.

• With Resend, our email delivery provider, solely to route your intake form submission to us
• With vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in your project (for example, furniture vendors, delivery and installation teams, or local service providers), and only to the extent needed to complete the work you've engaged us for
• With any additional contacts you explicitly authorize us to communicate with in your intake form
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SE Creatives Group or others

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain intake and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that isn't needed for those purposes at any time.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we've collected, by emailing sandi@secreativesgroup.com. We'll respond promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults arranging their own relocation, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
